Ishwar Pokharel, the Senior Vice-Chair of the CPN-UML who has announced his candidacy for party chair in the upcoming 11th General Convention, met with UML Chair KP Sharma Oli for discussions.
Pokharel, along with office bearers who support his candidacy, reached Oli’s residence in Gundu, Bhaktapur for the meeting. Those accompanying Pokharel included Ashtalakshmi Shakya, Surendra Pandey, and Yogesh Bhattarai.
According to a leader who was part of the talks, the meeting focused on resolving disputes related to the selection of general convention representatives in several districts.
