Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has claimed that a ruling coalition excluding the CPN-UML will be formed in all seven provinces. He said the new political equation created in Madhesh Province will soon spread to other provinces as well.
Addressing the Madhesh Province–level Unity Assembly, Prachanda said that the “so-called previous equation” collapsed during the formation of the Madhesh provincial government, giving rise to a new alliance. He asserted that similar political realignments will soon be seen across the country.
Prachanda stated, “The new equation that started from Madhesh will now appear in all provinces. Even after the establishment of the republic, people’s living standards did not improve, which triggered the Gen-Z movement. That movement has given everyone an opportunity to self-reflect and correct their course.”
He claimed that, following the Gen-Z movement, a broad unity has been formed with the aim of transforming the country and accelerating development. Prachanda also said that all those who revolt against the UML will eventually join the Nepal Communist Party.
