Former Nepal Police Additional Inspector General (AIG) Rajendra Singh Bhandari has been confirmed as the new Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security. The decision was made by the interim government.
Bhandari, a resident of Patan Municipality in Baitadi district, is the son of former National Panchayat member Laxman Singh Bhandari.
Interim Prime Minister Sushila Karki, with 83 days remaining in her mandated tenure, appointed Bhandari along with four other new ministers.
