The name of Ram Ashish Yadav has been finalized for the post of Speaker of the Madhesh Province Assembly. A meeting of the ruling parties in Madhesh Province reached a consensus on Yadav’s name for the Speaker position.
Former Chief Minister and leader of the JSP parliamentary party, Saroj Yadav, confirmed that Ram Ashish Yadav’s name has been finalized for the post. Ram Ashish Yadav is a provincial assembly member from Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) Nepal.
The election for the Speaker in Madhesh Province is scheduled to be held on Sunday. According to the election schedule, candidate nominations will be registered at the Provincial Assembly Secretariat today from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
