Armed Police Force (APF) Club registered an easy victory over the Maldives Volleyball Association in the Sixth Tiger Cup National and International Invitational Club Championship underway at the Pokhara Stadium volleyball court.
In Monday’s second match of the championship in the men’s category, APF defeated Maldives in straight sets, winning 3–0. APF claimed the first set 25–20, the second set 25–18, and the third set 25–20. With this result, APF secured its second win in the tournament, while Maldives suffered their third consecutive defeat.
Later today, Tribhuvan Army Club and Gandaki Province are set to face each other in the final match of the day. Earlier in the first match on Monday, APF also defeated Tribhuvan Army Club in the women’s category. APF won the match in straight sets, taking the first set 25–11, the second 25–18, and the third 25–19 to register their second win of the championship. Army, meanwhile, suffered their third consecutive loss and were eliminated from the final race.
