Bagmati Province Chief Minister Indra Bahadur Bania has extended financial assistance for the renovation of the Manakamana Temple located in Manahari Rural Municipality–7 of western Makwanpur.
While attending the fair held on the occasion of Bala Chaturdashi, Chief Minister Bania had announced that he would donate his one month’s salary for the renovation of the Manakamana Temple. In line with this announcement, an amount of NPR 75,000, received as part of his entitled facilities, was handed over to Narayan Subedi, Chairman of the Manakamana Sanatan Dharma Protection Institution.
According to Chairman Subedi, Chief Minister Bania also expressed his commitment that the Bagmati Provincial Government would make the necessary investment for the temple’s renovation as well as for other physical improvements.
