On Tuesday, gold prices in the Nepalese market increased after three consecutive days of decline. The price of gold rose by Rs. 3,700, following a total drop of Rs. 52,700 over the past three days.
According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders’ Association, gold that was traded at Rs. 286,600 yesterday is being traded today at Rs. 290,300.
Similarly, silver prices also saw an increase of Rs. 135 per tola, with today’s trading price at Rs. 5,335, up from Rs. 5,200 yesterday.
The previous record for gold prices was set on Magh 15, when it reached Rs. 339,300 per tola.
