The Lumbini Provincial Government has approved the Lumbini Province Cooperative (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2082. The decision was made during a Cabinet meeting held today.
According to government spokesperson and Minister for Agriculture, Land Management and Cooperatives Dinesh Panthi, the meeting also approved a proposal submitted by the Ministry of Forests and Environment to table a bill in the Lumbini Provincial Assembly to amend the Provincial Forest Act, 2078.
In addition, the Cabinet approved the temporary organizational structure proposed by the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers. It also endorsed the temporary staff positions for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2082/83.
The meeting further approved the Knowledge Management and Institutional Memory Transfer Procedure, 2082, presented by the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers, spokesperson Panthi informed.
