The main management committee of the CPN–UML’s 11th National Congress is scheduled to meet today at 8 a.m.
According to Rajendra Gautam, Chief of the Publicity and Publication Department, the meeting will review the preparations completed so far and discuss the remaining tasks, with only two days left before the Congress begins.
Gautam stated, “Today, Deputy General Secretary Pradeep Gyawali will report mainly on the preparations for mass mobilization. Other committees will also provide suggestions to mobilize as many party cadres as possible and make the mass gathering extensive.” General Secretary Shankar Pokharel serves as the coordinator of the main committee, while Deputy General Secretary Prithvi Subba Gurung is the secretary.
Coordinators of all 14 subcommittees will also brief the meeting on the preparations carried out within their respective responsibilities.
