The closed session of the Nepali Congress Special Convention, organized by the faction supporting the special convention, has formally passed the “Nepali Congress Special Central Convention Rules of Procedure – 2082.”
The decision came during the closed session of the special convention, which began on Poush 27, 2082.
During the session, Mahamatri Bishwprakash Sharma presented a report titled “Changed Nation / Congress of Harmony and the New Journey of Progress,” outlining the vision and procedural framework for the convention.
