A fire broke out in Yangsizung, Ward No. 1 of Chainpur Municipality, causing property damage worth around NPR 1.5 million.
According to Inspector Meghraj Aryal of the District Police Office, the three-story house of Dilprasad Limbu in Yangsizung was completely destroyed in the blaze.
No human casualties were reported. With the help of police and locals, the fire was extinguished after about four hours.
